Depending on how you use our services, we may process contact details, booking/tenancy data, communications, technical usage data (IP, browser, device, logs) and payment metadata via our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).

We process data to perform contracts, answer enquiries, improve our services, meet legal duties and — where needed — pursue legitimate interests (e.g. IT security).

Processing is based on the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Payments are handled by specialised providers. Card data is usually processed directly by the provider.

To issue refunds within 1–3 business days to the card used or by bank transfer, we process the necessary transaction or bank details.

To refund the deposit 48 hours after move-out, we use the tenant’s bank details solely for that purpose and delete them when no longer needed for processing or legal retention.

We share data only as needed to perform the contract (payment providers, hosting, email, property owners/managers) or where legally required. Processors are bound to confidentiality.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or legal retention periods.

The site may use necessary cookies and, where deployed, analytics or marketing tools. Consent is obtained where required. You can restrict cookies in your browser; some features may then be limited.
